Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. You agree to provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, contact information, and passenger counts. We are not responsible for delays or service failures caused by inaccurate information, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including traffic, weather, and airport conditions).
Payment
Full payment is collected at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices include the quoted fare and any selected add-ons; additional charges may apply for wait time, extra stops, tolls, cleaning, or changes requested during the trip. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and change policies may vary based on the type of service and timing of your request. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel a reservation. Certain reservations may be non-refundable or subject to a cancellation fee.
Conduct & Safety
For everyone's safety, passengers must comply with all applicable laws and the reasonable instructions of the chauffeur, including seat belt use and occupancy limits. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for unsafe, unlawful, or abusive behavior. Any damage to a vehicle caused by a passenger may result in additional charges.
Text Messaging
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Sakeena, such as booking confirmations, trip updates, and coordination messages. Message frequency varies. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sakeena's total liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected reservation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights or appointments, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
